The Muppet Did Good

When Muppets put their minds to it, they apparently do it very well indeed.

Not only did I get up ridiculously early yesterday, I stayed clean all day long, didn't whinge until the journey home and in between got myself a blue rossette in a really hard Post Graduate class of 23 other pretty darn hot dogs.

People clapped a lot and I got garlic biscuits and lots of cuddles from Mum. Today, I have barked a lot in the garden too early in the morning, thrown my head into the water bowl and drunk Cassie's wee from the patio. No point being good all the time, eh...

The evidence is purely circumstantial

The facts are:

the sock was not on a foot.
the sock was not with it's pair.
the sock was in the dining room.
the sock was neither wholly in my mouth nor wholly in Cassie's mouth.
the sock was soggy.
the two small holes at the top are purely coincidentally the same width apart as my canine teeth.
Meg was, at the time of the crime, guarding Mum in the bathroom in case she went out the invisible secret door that must be in there that we must all protect her from and has thus been ruled out of being the culprit.

I'm not sure but I think i'm being framed.

fireplaces are fun

Quite why Cassie decided to teach me how clever it is to dig around the fireplace and pull out burnt bits of wood is beyond me. Why she was stoopid enough to then chew the burnt bits on the nice clean cream rug in the dining room is even more beyond me.

At least I was clever enough to hide in my basket to eat my bit.

A year?

Mum says I've been rubbish at writing my blog this year and that things have to change.
So, here I am. This photograph shows just how handsome I'm growing up to be, and, how much I like grooming.

However, I did just have to suffer the indignity of a bath ready for another show tomorrow. Mum says I have to stay clean tonight because it's raining outside. I shall therefore settle tonight for cat chasing (The Skinvader is good for that, as thecatwithnofurthing spends most of her time sleeping these days) and general barking randomly at small children next door through the walls, just to keep Mum on her toes. After all there simply isn't any reason why she shouldn't shout my name a million times a day. She does love me after all. Must go, I smell a full cat litter tray and I have to race Mum to get there first.
