Nine months on...

from the start of my show career, I am proud to say that with the 2nd places in AVNSC Utility (behind the dog that went on to win Best In Show - so that wasn't a bad 2nd place!!) and AV Utility then 1st in Any Variety, I have now filled up my first board of rosettes and cards!!

Rule No 1

Never get caught trying to repeat the previous day's shenanigans by leaving the bathroom with a trainer in your mouth whilst your Mum is standing making a cup of tea in front of you in the kitchen.

Hopping mad?

This morning Mum had to hop round the garden to clear up and moan about cold feet because she only had one trainer where she last left it it.

I don't know why it was found in the middle of Cassie's bed. I really don't.

Do you think they'd pay me to do this gardening lark?

This is a late growing Sweet Pea, apparently. Nestling just around the apple tree.

These are, too. Nestling around the patio, in an attractive shredded kind of manner. This is where they were, on the other side of the apple tree (note the delicately stripped, attractive, modern style stem, always a hit in modern homes).

Cassie was found with a similar looking leaf hanging out of the side of her mouth.
